We’re looking to fill positions at:
Hall & Mound, 15 & Mound, 13 & John R, 23 & 94, 18 & John R, 25 & Dequindre, Rochester and our Romeo locations!
**Must be responsible, outgoing, bubbly personality, and work well with others.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Sales, Customer service, answering phone, Opening & closing salon, Cleaning beds, Salon and Product knowledgement. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, Provide information about the products and services, Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, Document and update customer records based on interactions and take inventory, Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, Maintain a clean and pleasant salon environment, and Opening or Closing the salon for the day
Excellent verbal communication skills is a plus!
Must have a passion for spray or UV tanning as having at least one is required on job to promote and sell our products.
Must be open to work mornings and weekends
Promotional Path;
Will start off training with a current staff member and take online schooling with SMART TAN Certifications to receive your Expert Tanning associate certificate
You will be sent to training about 4 times a year to meet with the manufactures for Tanning lotions to teach you all about the products and how to sell them
We have Sales Associate 1, Sales Associate 2, Assistant Managers, Salon Managers, General Manager.
