Duties and responsibilities for Behavioral Technician (BT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.
  
  
  

Compensation and Schedule for Behavioral Technician (BT):

• Pay range: Hourly $19-$25 per hour
• Part-time Monday through Friday, Weekends open as well
• 15-25 hours per week

• Experienced in working with kids
