Charge Nurse Night Shift

ChildWay Pediatric Services is a non profit, inpatient medical facility located in Lansdale, PA that specializes in supporting the needs of children who are technologically dependent and medically fragile. We are a personalized, home-like setting providing individualized care to meet the special medical needs of each child exclusively. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Education: RN or LPN required

• 1. Supports the Mission, Values, and Vision of ChildWay.
• 2. Must have a valued driver license and willing to travel to the 3 different houses in Lansdale and East Norriton.
• 3. Must be willing to work weekends
• 4. Knowledge of consumer rights to ensure an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all consumers in a safe, secure environment.
• 5. Supports, cooperates with, and implements specific procedures and programs for:
• a. Safety, including universal precautions and safe working practices; established fire/safety/disaster plans; risk management; security; report and/or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs.
• b. Confidentiality of all data, including consumer, employee and operations documents.
• c. Quality Assurance and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• d. Complies with current laws and policies to provide a work environment free from harassment and all illegal and discriminatory behavior.
• e. Handles Childway Pediatrics personnel issues.
• f. Participates in on-call for ChildWay.

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

• Lansdale, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
