ChildSync is a small, growing pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to supporting children’s motor, sensory, cognitive, and social-emotional development. We serve children ages 6 months to 18 years through a combination of clinic-based and school-based services (virtual and in-person), including sessions in a newly established, fully equipped sensory-motor gym.

We are seeking Pediatric Occupational Therapists for both full-time and part-time positions. This role offers a unique blend of clinic-based and school-based work, along with opportunities for professional growth within the practice.
• Conduct evaluations of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide play-based and sensory-motor interventions
• Support motor skills, ADLs, sensory processing, and school participation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation including progress notes, evaluations, and IEPs
• Maintain organized and safe treatment environments
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• NBCOT certification
• Active California OT license (CBOT)
• Current First Aid certification
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience (clinic and/or school-based)
• Experience with IEPs and special education settings
• Familiarity with virtual therapy services
• Knowledge of pediatric assessments (BOT, VMI, Peabody, TVPS, etc.)
• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable with virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom)
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and engage in active play
• Knowledge of sensory processing interventions
