ChildServe is looking for an RN to provide clinical support at our Iowa City and Cedar Rapids locations for Community Services and ABA programs. This role includes health oversight, conducting assessments, managing admissions, recertifying care plans, and offering general support to families, physicians, and program teams.

- Part-time 12- 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling within typical business hours Monday-Friday
- Develop and maintain individualized plans of care and ensure timely physician review before admission.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and monitor each child’s response to interventions.
- Communicate professionally with children, families, physicians, school teams, and staff to support positive relationships and clear care coordination.
- Provide nursing oversight that supports physician orders, specialty plans, and specialty hospital requirements.
- Deliver skilled nursing care including assessments, medications, feedings, and treatments using evidence-based practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and offer feedback on ways to improve systems.
- Complete quality and compliance activities and respond effectively in emergencies.
- Current valid license as a Registered Nurse in Iowa .
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children or with individuals with disabilities.
- Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs , be mobile within the clinic areas, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
- Ability to communicate effectively in (or through) reading, writing and speaking the English language.
