Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residence Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance, leasing, and overall management of the residence while providing exceptional customer service to residents. This role requires strong leadership skills, conflict management abilities, and a solid understanding of property laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage property maintenance and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
- Oversee legal administrative tasks including filing necessary documents and ensuring compliance with local housing laws.
- Rent collections
- C&G inspections with internal inspections completed in a timely manor.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage property leasing processes.
- Upsell available amenities and services to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Address resident concerns promptly, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Foster a positive community environment through regular communication with residents and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, including maintenance requests and lease agreements.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management and law.
- Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements, conflict resolution and general contractors.
- Ability to upsell services effectively to enhance resident experience.
- Proficient in property leasing processes with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally.

Compensation
$3,300 monthly salary – paid semi monthly
Bonus based on parks performance
$50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
