About the Role
In this role, you will lead a beautifully prepared classroom for children aged 18 months to 3 years, supported by a trained assistant. Every day, you will help children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually in an environment that celebrates independence, kindness, and hands-on learning. Responsibilities
- Lead a beautifully prepared classroom for children aged 18 months to 3 years.
- Support children’s growth socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
- Create a joyful, safe, and inclusive environment.
- Engage in floor-based work with young children.
Qualifications
- Montessori Toddler (0–3) Certification from AMI, AMS, or MACTE (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Preferred)
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Montessori or early-childhood setting (Preferred)
- Strong observation, communication, and classroom-management skills.
- A positive role model with a passion for continual learning and growth.

Pay range and compensation package
