About the Role



In this role, you will lead a beautifully prepared classroom for children aged 18 months to 3 years, supported by a trained assistant. Every day, you will help children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually in an environment that celebrates independence, kindness, and hands-on learning. Responsibilities



  • Lead a beautifully prepared classroom for children aged 18 months to 3 years.
  • Support children’s growth socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
  • Create a joyful, safe, and inclusive environment.
  • Engage in floor-based work with young children.


Qualifications



  • Montessori Toddler (0–3) Certification from AMI, AMS, or MACTE (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Preferred)


Required Skills



  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Montessori or early-childhood setting (Preferred)
  • Strong observation, communication, and classroom-management skills.
  • A positive role model with a passion for continual learning and growth.

Pay range and compensation package



  • $52,000 annual salary

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and compliance with childcare licensing requirements.
