Office Coordinator
Shift: Mon- Fri 8am- 4:30pm OR 8:30am- 5:00pm
Job Summary
Performs receptionist, scheduling, and clerical duties. Responsible for administrative and clinical management as well as routine clinical duties of a Clinic Coordinator. Duties include filing patient charts, chart preparation and organization, archiving charts, and maintaining spreadsheets for departmental referral. Additional responsibilities include copying, mailing, and faxing medical records, scheduling follow-up appointments, checking out patients, and answering telephones promptly and courteously. May require independent judgment. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a clinic coordinator or administrative assistant.
- High school diploma.
- Role Notes/Requirements: Experience with EPIC scheduling and patient registration Familiarity with the insurance matrix prior experience in scheduling and coordination using EPIC.
