• RN Residency Program Start Date: February 2nd, 2026Pay RangeMinimum $39.24 Midpoint $51.01 Maximum $62.76Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - RN Residency – Clinical Nurse - Resident, FT, Variable Shifts, Days/NightsThis is a comprehensive program that incorporates education, specialized training and the support needed to assist new grad nurses in transitioning into a successful pediatric nurse. Reporting to the Manager of the RN Residency Program in collaboration with the unit leadership team, this position is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
