ChildrenFirst, Central Florida’s leader in pediatric therapy services, is seeking compassionate and dependable Per Diem Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our mission-driven team.
In this role, you will provide hands-on therapy to medically complex infants and children in our Sub-Acute Pediatric Residences and PPEC Centers, helping improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life within a supportive, interdisciplinary care environment.
We currently have an established patient caseload available, with opportunities for both full and partial schedules depending on therapist availability and geographic preference.
This opportunity is ideal for therapists seeking flexible hours, supplemental income, or a consistent pediatric caseload.
Position Details
- Per Diem / As Needed
- Pay Range: $55–$58 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement
- Flexible scheduling
- Immediate patient caseload available
- Full caseload opportunities available
- Partial caseloads available for therapists seeking flexible or supplemental hours
- No benefits included with this position
What We’re Looking For
- Florida Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – required
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with:
- Patients and families
- Caregivers and interdisciplinary care teams
- Case managers
- Medical records and support staff
