Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Childcare Teacher located in Greenville, NC. The Childcare Teacher will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development. Responsibilities include creating a nurturing and safe environment, fostering creativity, ensuring children’s well-being, and following instructional best practices. The Childcare Teacher will also collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children’s learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in childcare and early education, particularly with preschool aged children
- Creativity and adaptability to design and implement engaging learning activities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with families and team members
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for fostering children’s development
- Relevant certifications, such as Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent, are a plus
- High school diploma or higher education in Early Childhood Education or related field
