- Perform specimen collection, processing, distribution, and resulting with precision and care
- Conduct phlebotomy and capillary punctures for pediatric patients
- Ensure each sample is handled accurately to support timely and reliable results
We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are passionate about patient interaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent (official documentation required for compliance)
- Previous phlebotomy experience (1 year preferred)
- Laboratory or hospital experience (strongly encouraged)
- Working knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, reagents, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to perform routine procedures with confidence and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills to determine specimen requirements and ensure correct patient identification
- Excellent interpersonal skills to put patients at ease and clearly explain procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus when collecting and handling specimens
