Children's Therapy Place is the only full-service outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in the Treasure Valley. Our clinics provide speech and language services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, and behavioral and developmental support through our developmental disabilities agency.

Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is currently looking for a full time Speech Therapy Department Manager.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee speech therapy department and provide leadership to SLPs and Clinical Fellows.
- Oversee and coordinate programming, training, budget, and monitor productivity.
- Support resolution of complex issues within the department.
- Support clinical programming, training, budget management, and productivity.
- Assist with special cases and sign for billing as needed.

What you’ll bring:
- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language-Hearing (CCC-SLP)
- Must be licensed in the state of Idaho.
- Pediatric experience required.
