What You’ll Do

• Conduct pediatric PT evaluations and develop customized care plans
• Deliver creative, functional therapy that improves mobility, strength, and independence
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to maximize outcomes
• Track progress using a streamlined EHR
• Participate in team meetings and cross-discipline case reviews

What We’re Looking For

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• Licensed or license-eligible in California
• Strong interest in pediatric therapy and functional development
• Clear communicator and collaborator
• Efficient with time management and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children with developmental delays, motor planning challenges, or sensory needs
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Interest in growing into leadership or mentoring roles
