As a Pediatric OT at CTN, you will provide high-quality, play-based OT services to children with sensory, developmental, and motor needs. You will work in a fully equipped clinic alongside a multidisciplinary team to help children achieve meaningful daily-life goals.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and ongoing treatment sessions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals
- Document visits and progress within 24 hours
- Maintain 100% of billable productivity per your agreement
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing clinical training
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover
- Use our user-friendly EMR system for efficient documentation
- Occupational Therapy degree active California OT license
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (pediatric experience preferred)
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Compassionate, engaging, team-centered approach
- Passion for working with children & families
- 80% of therapy goals met at re-evaluation
- 95% family satisfaction
- 100% of required billable hours
- Daily notes completed within 24 hours
- Evaluations submitted within 48–72 hours
- 90% client arrival rate
