What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist position at Children's Therapy Connections?
About Us
Children’s Therapy Connections (CTC) is a pediatric multidisciplinary outpatient clinic offering ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services — all under one roof. Our clinicians don’t work in silos; they collaborate directly on shared cases, which means better outcomes for kids and a stronger support system for our team. We’re a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered practice, and we’re growing.
The Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow looking for strong mentorship, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients across a range of diagnoses and needs
Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with our OT, PT, and ABA teams on shared cases for truly integrated care
Partner with families as active members of the treatment team
Maintain clinical documentation to support quality care and payer compliance
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Illinois SLP license (or eligibility) and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow status
Experience with pediatric populations preferred, but new grads and CFs are welcome to apply
A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for working with children and families
What We Offer
Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
Manageable caseloads — we’ve invested in operational systems so you can focus on clinical work, not administrative overload
Structured CF supervision and mentorship for Clinical Fellows
A true multidisciplinary team environment with regular case collaboration
A hands-on, accessible leadership team
