WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS POSITION:
The construction crew lead will experience a variety of aspects from project layouts, equipment knowledge, hands on building, warehouse operations, and client/contractor interaction. You’ll get to travel as many of our projects are located in MO, KS, OK, AR, and occasionally others, and you’ll have an awesome team to work with.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
This role entails a variety of several hundred residential and commercial projects during the year, coordinating and unloading freight deliveries, managing components of each project, construction of the project at headquarters and the customer’s location, working with subcontractors, picking up and delivering product, offering superior service to customers, and other responsibilities as required or assigned.
High quality work and attention to detail are an absolute must for this position. You will be one of the last faces our customers see and remember when they do business with our company, so high professionalism and quality of work is important. As such, being a good communicator, detail oriented, a problem solver, organized, responsible, and reliable will help you be successful. Also, a background with building or construction knowledge is required.
Location: Much of your time will be spent outdoors on the job site.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:
- Attention to detail and high standards.
-2 years’ experience in the building or construction industry.
-Degree from an accredited college or trade school is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills
-A great work ethic and attitude.
-A dependable vehicle to get to work. We provide work vehicles to job sites.
-Flexibility: Construction projects do not always fit in a neat 9-5 position.
-Desire to learn new ideas, concepts, and business practices.
