What You'll Do
This is a full-time position in a hybrid work setting, working one day per week in any of our NJ EI Centers (Jackson, Voorhees, Newark). The core hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $24.00 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.

The Regional HR Coordinator ensures successful employee onboarding
What You'll Do
- Provide new hires with exceptional service and support
- Manage and coordinate onboarding process/offboarding process of all employees in assigned region/state/s
- Ensure all new hires have completed onboarding documents prior to start
- Ensure fingerprints are completed timely and prior to start
- Ensure all new hires are set up in Central Reach (CR)/HRIS prior to start
- Complete primary source verification of certification and licensing prior to start (send applicable documents to credentialing)
- Ensure new employee paperwork is processed for payroll timely
- Work closely with Training Coordinator/s to ensure that all new hires are set for orientation and ready to start their first day
- Create personnel files, I-9s, records, documentation, and process E-verify and WOTC
- Complete employee IT onboarding including ordering equipment and setting up accounts accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments such as payroll and credentialing Track/communicate with multiple team members when an employee is clear and ready to work with their client
- Complete all HR data entry and data point maintenance across systems such as CR, Apploi, HRIS, Smartsheet, new hires, status changes, terminations
- Completes daily/weekly monthly reports
- Completes audits regularly and as needed
- Participates and assists with department projects and activities as requested and needed
- Other related duties as needed/ assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the ABA field strongly preferred; non-profit and/or healthcare field also preferred/considered
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Poficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), applicant tracking system (ATS) and similar computer applications
