Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Join Us as a Bilingual Case Manager

The Case Manager will play a key role in supporting children and families receiving ABA services by coordinating care, advocating for resources, and ensuring continuity across service providers. This position is part of the Social Work team and reports directly to the Director of Social Work.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families navigating ABA services and assist with service onboarding

• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care.

• Identify and address barriers to care, including social determinants of health.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources, schools, and support services.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.

• Monitor progress and follow up with families to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

• Support crisis intervention and provide emotional support as needed.

What You'll Need

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.

• 1 to 3 years experience supporting a diverse population of families

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs preferred.

• Familiarity with ABA services and Medicaid or insurance processes is a plus.

Work Location & Hours:

This is a part-time position in our Newark, NJ EI Center. You can expect about 20 hours per week. The exact hours are flexible, but will need to be between 8:30am and 5:00pm.

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
