The role serves as a resource across BHD programs and ensures consistent communication around professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate training initiatives across BHD programs (In-Home Therapy, Community Service Agency, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient).
- Conduct training needs assessments with senior leadership; align curricula to program goals and compliance standards.
- Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and staff debriefings with prepared updates and feedback.
- Attend ongoing internal and external professional development trainings.
- Deliver services professionally and with cultural sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with agency staff to promote trauma-informed care and advance CSR’s mission.
- Provide field-based training and mentoring to strengthen individual and team performance.
- Support external outreach and stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Standardize best practices and ensure consistent communication around professional development across programs.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and families in behavioral health.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community outreach and partnership development.
- Proven group facilitation and training delivery skills.
- Strong verbal/written communication; excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Massachusetts CBHI CANS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Cultural competency and ability to work effectively with diverse populations; professional, positive demeanor.
- Master’s degree (e.g., Public Health, Social Work, related field).
- 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a related setting.
- Familiarity with child- and family-serving systems and wraparound service models.
- Experience measuring training outcomes and using data to refine curricula.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
