CSR’s mission is to bring peace of mind to families across Massachusetts, providing housing for homeless families, culturally attuned behavioral health services, foster care for abused and neglected children, affordable childcare for homeless children, and youth development programs.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in our Behavioral Health Clinic, you will provide high-quality, culturally competent, and individualized mental health services to children and families. This full-time role (40 hours/week) at our Roxbury site oversees clinical staff, ensures service quality, provides supervision to license-eligible interns, and supports staff development. You will safeguard confidentiality, drive documentation excellence, and collaborate closely with the Program Director to integrate services and strengthen case management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff; offer guidance to direct care staff.
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
- Oversee chart reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Coordinate and/or deliver staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with program mandates, documentation, and billing requirements.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to integrate services and support effective case management.
- Develop and implement client-sensitive policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Behavioral Health programs.
- Provide crisis intervention and manage emergencies as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves
- Massachusetts CANS certification.
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC).
- At least 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid insurance coverage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform in high-pressure situations.
