Responsibilities

- Collaborate with social workers, family law professionals, and community agencies to coordinate care plans and ensure child safety.

- Document case progress accurately and maintain detailed records of interactions, assessments, and interventions.
- Educate families about child welfare policies, behavioral health resources, and available community services.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and the second language (e.g., Spanish), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as social work, childcare, or child protective services.
- Knowledge of child welfare laws, family law procedures, and child protection protocols.
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
