Job Summary

Provide administrative support to the Director and Practitioner Manager as needed. Manage physician licensure and CME's. Coordinate physician call schedules and clinic schedule changes. Assist with patient scheduling, phone management, and other miscellaneous correspondence. Support general billing office functions as assigned by the Practice Manager. Order office supplies, distribute incoming office mail, report office maintenance issues. Maintain positive interpersonal relations with physicians, staff, families, management, and Health System employees.
Education

High school diploma/GED required.

Associates degree preferred.
Experience
-
2 or more years of medical office administrative experience required.

Experience in pediatrics, primary care, or specialty services preferred.

Experience working with electronic health records
-
Epic experience a plus.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong phone customer service skills needed.
