Reporting Relationship: Gift Shop Manager, Assistant Gift Shop Manager, #and Director of Volunteer Services Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers with selection and purchasing of gift shop items. Run the register and gift wrap requested items. Answer phones and take phone orders for patients and families. Assist with inventory management. Assist with display design and stocking. Education High school diploma or GED # Experience Requires a working knowledge of computers and related technology, including comfort with point-of-sale systems, email communication, and basic data entry. # Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries None required. # Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and the ability and desire to work as a positive team member. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to handle money correctly.
