- Two years of experience in employee benefits, Human Resources, customer service, benefits administration, insurance, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Experience using an HRIS, benefits administration platform, or similar systems preferred.
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
- High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent
- Bachelors of Science or Arts in Human Resources Management
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
- 2 Years Staff Level
