Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, 5 8 hour shifts.
Summary
The Imaging Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support such as answering phones, computer work in Microsoft Outlook and Office, entering x-ray orders in Epic and operation of the Picture Archiving and Communication system. Responsible for greeting the patients, assisting the patient and parents with any questions about the procedure, and providing the appropriate Medication Reconciliation and MRI Safety screening forms. The Imaging assistant must possess good trouble shooting , communication, customer service and organizational skills. The Imaging Assistant would also be responsible for any other routine duties assigned by the Manager. The Imaging Assistant must possess good trouble shooting , communication , customer service and organizational skills. They must have a firm commitment to quality, and must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of trust, innovation, team orientation, compassion for employees, patients and families, commitment to children, motivation, professionalism and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
