Foundations First is growing, and we're looking for a caring, motivated Occupational Therapist who loves working with children. We provide mobile outpatient occupational therapy services throughout the Las VegasValley, treating children in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and ABA clinics. At many of our school and ABA clinic locations, therapists see several individual patients throughout the day at the same location, minimizing travel time and making for a more efficient schedule.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by an experienced pediatric Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of experience, including extensive training in sensory processing and reflex integration. Whether you're newer to pediatrics or already have years of experience, we believe there's always something new to learn, and we're committed to helping our therapists continue to grow. Our therapists work with children with a wide variety of diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, fine and visual motor delays, feeding challenges, orthopedic conditions, and many other pediatric diagnoses. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with children and their families, works well as part of a team, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of the families they serve.
Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans with measurable short and long-term goals.
- Provide quality occupational therapy services in the child's natural environment.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, ABA providers, and other professionals to help each child reach their goals.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in our user-friendly electronic medicalrecord (EMR) system.
- Use sound clinical judgment to provide safe, effective care.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Nevada Occupational Therapy license.
- NBCOT certification.
- Pediatric experience is preferred, but therapists who are passionate about working with children are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
