Department Overview

Our care traffic control center (CTCC) is at the heart of the Children's Minnesota organization overseeing the operations of each hospital dispersed between three campuses. Our staff includes dedicated hospital nursing supervisors and staffing office personnel who work closely together as we continuously monitor each hospital's unit activity and staffing needs while maintaining the organizational core value of putting "kids first."
