What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Children's Milestone?
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- collect data and write daily notes using technological software (Rethink).
- Work with Lead Therapists, Team Coordinators, and BCBAs on your team to ensure treatment integrity and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment progress.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops
- Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients,
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.
- Other job duties as assigned by the Children’s Milestone.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
