Overview
Provides professional and administrative support to department and division leadership and faculty. Serves as primary contact for administrative functions & staff within the department. Assists in planning, implementation, and improvement of administrative processes in partnership with department leaders.

- Provides professional and administrative support to the department, regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
- Gathers and distributes data to the department.
- Facilitates communication throughout the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years experience
- Associate's Degree and 3-5 years experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years experience

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $20.66/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
