Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, knowledge of Procare and Procare Engage, and a passion for children!
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of Procare and Procare Engage (NCI, financials, billing, franchise reporting, sending reports to parents/the School Director, printing rosters and reports, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain accurate records (child files)
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and community partners
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students, parents, and staff
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of classrooms
- Convert calls into tours and help manage Intellikids (our lead management system)
- Assist the team with curriculum preparation/special projects
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting and as a preschool administrator
- Experience with Procare and Procare Engage (Required)
- Ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and community partners
-Knowledge of Texas Childcare Minimum Standards
