Duties

- Create lesson plans that foster student engagement and promote learning in subjects such as literacy, math, and physical education.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to students with special needs through early intervention strategies.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with stakeholders.
