JOB SUMMARY:
At Children's Learning Adventure, we remain committed to bringing the highest quality early care and education experience to our children and their families. We work with our dedicated education team to ensure that our programs are current and use the most recent research standards, so that we can provide programs that enhance the learning experiences of the children in our programs. The Regional Manager (RM) will be responsible for managing multiple locations within a specific demographic region. The RM will implement the operational practices of all Children's Learning Adventure campuses, within their region, making sure each campus runs smoothly and complies with marketing and sales campaigns, and meets budget and sales goals. The RM will coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures the accuracy and timely collection of tuition is in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintains and oversees the accurate financial accounting of each center's operation and protects the company's monetary assets.
- Manages the accurate payroll, accounting, and operations reports by pre-determined deadlines.
- Hires and maintains high quality and performing staff.
- Manages a team of 20 managers to ensure successful operations of the center.
- Hires and maintains a teaching staff of over 100 .
ENROLLMENT:
- Drives the enrollment of each center to capacity while maximizing the profitability of the operation.
- Ensures that daily attendance should meet licensed capacity.
- Is available to parents at their convenience—listens attentively to their concerns and takes appropriate action.
- Maintains retention of families by monitoring the quality of our programs.
- Regularly solicits feedback from parents in order to improve the center.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
- Maintains good working relationships with the licensing board representative and the city health representative.
- Maintains building, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe environment that meets corporate standards and all regulatory agency requirements.
- Requires staff to enforce all safety policies and procedures in compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
- Implements all standards necessary to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment, including universal precautions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or related field required
- Concrete knowledge of childcare operations including but not limited to the following; enrollment, retention, hiring, customer service, state licensing compliance, etc. required
- Willing to travel between our Houston locations frequently during the week to coordinate on-site visits and reviews required
- At least 5 years of management experience in a multi-unit environment required (in Childcare preferred)
- Knowledge of Texas child-care state licensing preferred
- Previous experience in a licensed child care center preferred
- Demonstrates strong customer service
- Possess excellent problem solving skills
- Revenue and enrollment oriented
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient writing and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Observes excellent working relationships
