Children’s Learning Adventure: As a provider of early childhood education and care, our child development programs, based on educational research, are developed for infants, toddlers, preschool, prekindergarten, kindergarten and school-age children.
JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Managers is a frontline management role responsible for accurately maintaining family accounts. Candidate must be able to provide the highest level of customer service for families.Duties of this position include: general book keeping, a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, billing and collecting tuition and answering phones. A background in accounting and book keeping is preferred maintaining family accounts, billing and collection of tuition.
Requirements:
- Experience in a licensed early learning program is preferred
- Proficient writing skills
- Proficient skills in technology
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and complete assignments on time
- Strong organizational skills
- A background or degree in accounting or book keeping
