Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
Children's Language Development Center (CLDC) | Plano, TX
Join CLDC, a well-established, therapist-owned, DIRFloortime®-informed pediatric clinic where connection comes first. We're looking for a warm, child-led SLP to provide play-based speech therapy alongside our collaborative OT team. We believe communication develops best through connection, co-regulation, and authentic engagement. Experience with DIRFloortime® is a plus; clinicians eager to learn the model are welcome too.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech-language evaluations and therapy for children with a range of communication differences
- Support language, social communication, play, regulation, and executive functioning through relationship-based intervention
- Collaborate closely with OTs and families to support the whole child
- Develop strengths-based, developmentally appropriate treatment plans
- Coach parents and caregivers to build communication into everyday routines
- Maintain timely documentation and participate in case discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas SLP license; CCC-SLP required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Interest in autism, developmental differences, and relationship-based intervention
- Warm, playful, child-centered therapeutic style
