What You’ll Be Doing

The Office Manager/Clinic Lead who is also a Medical Assistant to oversee operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient safety and satisfaction..

• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance on best practices in patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure the proper use of medical systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Current MA Certification with relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and basic life support certification.
• Experience working in outpatient environments is preferred.
• Previous experience in pediatric or similar specialty is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
