This role manages program services and/or clinical operations and is responsible for short and long-term operational goals and objectives.
What You Will Do
- Manage program strategy, planning and operations
- Oversee program development including policies, procedures, and strategies
- Ensure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements in care
- Lead initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainability
- Establish partnerships with and present programs to internal and external audiences
- Oversee the development, collection and reporting of performance metrics
- Provide program financial oversight, including planning/budgets, analysis and projections
- Oversee the use, maintenance and optimization of program systems, databases and tools
- Assist in development and execution of program outreach and advocacy
- Hire, train, manage and develop staff
- Other duties and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- At least seven (7) years of clinical program related experience Required
- At least three (3) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Required
- At least five (5) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Preferred
- Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
