Duties & Responsibilities
- Reinforces routine patient and family education.
- Collects and documents objective and subjective data; reports changes in condition to the RN or provider for further assessment.
- Contributes to patient assessments and supports implementation of the plan of care under RN supervision.
- Provides developmentally appropriate care and evaluates outcomes of interventions, communicating results to the care team.
- Participates in quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Supports personal and professional growth through self-directed learning and unit-based activities.
- Maintains professional boundaries and collaborates effectively within the multidisciplinary care team.
- Degrees
- High School diploma or GED and completion of practical nursing certification or program
- Experience
- Minimum Experience Required:One (1) year of LPN experience

- Additional Requirements
- BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association with at least 6 months left before expiration is required upon hire.
