Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $78,659.24 to $117,988.86

Essential Functions

- Provides developmentally appropriate diagnostic evaluations, intervention services, and case management activities consistent with contemporary, evidence-based practice in discipline area (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, audiology) and department quality assurance standards.
- Collaborates with the family, physicians, schools and other educational institutions, and other providers to ensure the continuum of care for the child and optimal clinical services. All interactions are non-judgmental and based on mutual respect.
- Evaluates and treats children from birth to 21 years of age, across the continuum, with a variety of diagnoses, in specialized programs, on inpatient and/or outpatient units. Incorporates principles of cultural-competence and family-centered care into clinical services.
- Demonstrates leadership and participates in systematic, planned professional development to improve the clinical, educational, research, and advocacy goals of the department and hospital.
- Assists in achieving departmental financial budget targets.
- Completes written documentation in accordance with department standards for format, location, and time frames.
- EDUCATION – Master’s degree in Audiology.
- EXPERIENCE – One (1) year experience providing pediatric audiology services in pediatric setting.
- EQUIVALENCY – N/A
- CERTIFICATION(S) – Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- LICENSURE – Current registration and licensure in Audiology by the State of Colorado; Credentialing must be completed by the Medical Staff Office (MSO) within 3 months of employment
