Job Overview
This position is for the individual who wants to make a significant impact on 15-21 yr. old young adults. The ideal candidate will be one who gains energy from teaching life skills and empowering others. Weekly tasks include serving as a caretaker for youth, modeling daily living skills, helping the youth navigate college degree or certificate programs, secure vocational training to gain and maintain employment, develop meaningful connections in the community, attend school, and improve their social and emotional wellbeing. We are looking for a person who has experience working with at-risk young adults, who is able to balance the ability to form strong relationships and also provide mature grounded direction to youth when needed. This position requires attention to detail on paperwork, and the ability to use computers, fax machines, video calls and basic office software products (word, excel). This position requires the ability to do light housework and cooking as well.

Requirements
High School Diploma minimum.
Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in Human Services, or related field preferred.
Must be 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Experience in child welfare preferred (with teens and young adults).
Work Schedule
Full-time (some evenings or overnights may be required)
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
