What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Professional - Chenango position at Children's Home of Wyoming Conference?
The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide treatments to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit. The mental health professionals will individualize treatment interventions to the child/family and use evidence-based practices to address identified clinical and family system needs to help improve the well-being of the youth and strengthen family dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead services for clients and families, including: Child and Family-Centered Assessments and Service Plans
- Non-traditional individual and family therapy in the home/community
- Skill Development
- Stabilization Support for Youth and Families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
- Limited Permit, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or similar required
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurance throughout employment required
