About the Role 📝
As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in shaping the patient's experience from the moment they walk through the door. As the first point of contact for our patients, your friendly attitude, professionalism, and strong organizational skills will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities 🗂
- Welcoming patients and assisting with check-in process, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently answer incoming calls, ensuring that each patient receives prompt and courteous service.
