As a Special Education Classroom Aide, you will be an integral part of the educational team, supporting pre-school age students with special needs in a classroom setting. You will assist in following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and providing personalized support to each student, contributing to the academic and social growth of the students.

Location: Little Seeds Preschool operates 9 classrooms across Chautauqua County in the following areas:
- Fredonia, NY
- Sinclairville, NY
- Jamestown, NY
Choose Your Location: Work in one or more areas that fit your schedule and preference!
Schedule:
- The scheduled hours are 8:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday.
- Our schedule follows a typical school calendar.
- This is a 12 month position with a 6 week summer session.
Qualifications:
- Experience with children
- Special education background preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) a plus
- Strong communication and behavior management skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
