What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric dental front office position (Bilingual) position at Children's Dentistry of Virginia, PC?
Position requires:
- Hours-7:45-4:45 Monday-Friday.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish as well as English is required.
- Minimum of 1 year previous dental experience with focus on scheduling, dental insurance, collecting co-payments and ability to interpret patient financial ledger.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to be an asset to our front office team.
- Attention to detail with ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent customer service skills making a strong connection with our patients/parents.
- Must be prompt with excellent attendance record.
- Friendly upbeat individual that will always greet our patients/parents with a smile.
- Previous experience with Dentrix Ascend helpful.
