What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Office Staff position at children's dentistry and orthodontics?
At Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics we are a busy pediatric dentistry office with an immediate opening for a dental receptionist/front office assistant.
An ideal candidate must be dependable, detail oriented, and organized with exceptional communication skills. Candidate must also be friendly, upbeat with a positive attitude, and possess strong customer service skills.
Dental office experience and bilingual in Spanish/English are required
Job duties include but are not limited to; answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments for multiple office locations and providers, collecting payments, insurance verifications, check out, and other front office duties as assigned.
This is an opening position 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm (depending on need). This is a full-time position Monday- Friday. Benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick leave, medical/dental/vision, and 401K.
