Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients to discuss treatment planning, options, benefits, and financial arrangements.
• Proficiency in electronic billing systems.
• Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans and their limitations.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with children and parents.
• Prepare and present dental treatment plans to patients.
• Offer alternative payment methods and educate patients on healthy lifestyles and hygiene.

Desired Profile/Background:

• Passion for working with children.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Upbeat personality.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Motivated and ambitious to grow within the dental field.
• Experience in orthodontic treatment planning is desirable.

Job Type:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays a month from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $23.00 to $28.00 plus benefits and monthly bonuses
