Our privately owned dental practice is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated RDA to join our clinical team. We are a patient-focused pediatric practice that values teamwork, communication, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients/parents, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Help coordinate treatment and communicate with patients and parents
• Assist the clinical team and Doctor
• Maintain a smooth and efficient patient experience throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Dental Assisting License in the state of Texas
• Coronal polishing, sealants, and N20 monitoring certifications
• Current BLS certification
• Dentrix experience
• Dental Assisting experience
• Cross-training or willingness to assist in the front office is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Sedation, or laser experience (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
