Position: Early Childhood Support Educator (Floater)
Children’s Choice Learning Center (CCLC) is a licensed early childhood program serving families through consistent care, structure, and strong teaching teams. We are seeking a reliable Early Childhood Support Educator (Floater) to join our center in a stable, scheduled role supporting daily classroom operations.
This is a hands-on support position in an active childcare environment. It is well suited for individuals who value routine, reliability, and being a steady presence for children and staff.
Schedule

Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
This position requires dependable, on-time attendance and the ability to report to work consistently as scheduled.
What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
As a Floater, you will move between classrooms as needed to support ratios, routines, and smooth transitions. You will assist lead teachers, engage directly with children, and help maintain order, cleanliness, and consistency throughout the day.
You are not expected to run a classroom independently, but you are expected to be competent, dependable, and ready to step in where support is needed.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Education

CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
