Job Overview
The Children's Center of Monmouth County, a 10-acre campus dedicated to Special Needs children and adults is located in Neptune, NJ is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, reference checking, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Also, data entry and file organization tasks to maintain accurate employee records in compliance with State and Federal guidelines and laws.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 2-4 years of experience as a generalist in human resources management.
- Familiarity with project management principles as they relate to HR initiatives.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in social media platforms and the ability to streamline work processes.
- Administrative experience in HR functions including payroll processing.
- Bachelors Degree in HR Management or related field.
- SHRM Certification also preferred.
This is a full-time, 12 month position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
