What you'll do as an RBT:
- Provide one-on-one support to children and young adults with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement personalized therapy plans.
- Track and document each child's progress through individual therapy programs.
- Complete daily progress notes as part of the intervention plan.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, staff, and the community.
Physical Requirements:
This job involves being on your feet and active, including running after eloping clients, getting up and down from the ground quickly and frequently, and lifting up to 40 lbs. You’ll be kneeling, bending, and moving quickly to keep our kids safe and supported throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:

- High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm
